One aspect of the Jalsa Salana is the accommodation department. This is a very important department that ensures the guests and members attending the annual convention are comfortable during their stay over the course of the event, should they choose to stay on site overnight.

During the course of Jalsa Salana UK, accommodation for guests is arranged in Fazl Mosque, Baitul Futuh Mosque, Jamia Ahmadiyya UK, Islamabad and Hadeeqatul Mahdi (the Jalsa site). It is the responsibility of this department to arrange the necessities such as bedding, bed sheets, pillows, duvets and mattresses if needed. This department also has a log that checks in guests and makes sure that there are enough spaces for these guests and that they are as comfortable as possible. The accommodation marques are relatively close to the main Jalsa marquee, which makes it is very easy for guests to walk to the main marquee for speeches and programmes.

Within this accommodation department there is also a fraction that deals with the camp site. Over here the department is responsible for putting up tents ready for hire. The guests can choose tents to hire during their stay.

The comfort and ease of the guests of the Promised Messiah (as) is very important and is part of Islamic values. The Holy Prophet (sa) said:

مَنْ کَانَ یُؤْمِنُ بِاﷲ وَالْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ فَلْیُکْرِمْ ضَیْفَہٗ

The one who believes in Allah Almighty and the Judgement Day should honour and respect guests.
