The most magnificent moment everyone waits for on these three days of the annual convention (jalsa salana) is for Ahmadis to see the blessed countenance of their beloved Caliph, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), and listen to his words of wisdom. Each day the whole Jalsa gah (Jalsa Site) fills with people awaiting the arrival of their beloved Imam. As the screen shows His Holiness’s car approaching the Jalsa Gah, all eyes of the Ahmadis are transfixed at the entrance to not miss even a single second. As their beloved Imam enters, the Jalsa Gah is illuminated with spiritual light and everyone is filled with love, by the grace of Allah, for their beloved Caliph and welcomed with loud slogans of “Nara-e-Takbir, Allahu Akbar (Praise thy Lord- Allah is the Greatest)”.
The most blessed opportunity for Ahmadis, however, is to pray Salat behind their beloved Caliph. The great spiritual uplift that is derived from offering Salat to Almighty Allah, behind their beloved Imam, is beyond expression and is such a spiritual experience that one cannot describe it in words.
